The Organizational Leadership major is a relatively new field of study, and combines theory and practice in areas like business, psychology, anthropology, management, decision-making, conflict resolution and leadership. Students learn how to become effective managers in a global economy, relating to a diverse community of colleagues, subordinates, partners and consumers. Students also develop the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to the ever changing business landscape. These skills turn students into leaders ready to take management positions in all types of industries. This collection of courses prepares college-aged students and current professionals by giving them the leading-edge tools they need to become and remain competitive in the workforce.

Open courseware classes are offered by MIT’s Sloan School of Management, giving students access to courses designed by well-respected faculty.
