Free Organizational Leadership Courseware Collections
The Organizational Leadership major is a relatively new field of study, and combines theory and practice in areas like business, psychology, anthropology, management, decision-making, conflict resolution and leadership. Students learn how to become effective managers in a global economy, relating to a diverse community of colleagues, subordinates, partners and consumers. Students also develop the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to the ever changing business landscape.
