Bellevue College was founded in 1966 in Bellevue, Nebraska and became Bellevue University in 1994. Through online instruction and academic services offered at 12 locations throughout the U.S., Bellevue University gives 11,000 students the tools they need to grow and succeed at the personal and professional levels. In 1996, Bellevue University began offering online courses, and it is the first accredited university to offer an MBA program online. Bellevue University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCACS).
