International Academy of Design and Technology Program Review
Students at the International Academy of Design and Technology will build academic skills during their time at the school while building character and integrity. High quality programs are created to meet the needs of creative students, and students will be given academic guidance and support throughout their studies. Students will engage in both theoretical and practical training so that upon graduation they will emerge fully prepared to take on the challenges of their professional careers.
The International Academy of Design and Technology has locations all over the United States that allow students just about anywhere to attend classes in their cities or nearby communities. Campuses are in Chicago and Schaumburg, IL; Detroit, MI; Las Vegas, NV; Orlando and Tampa, FL; Nashville, TN; Seattle, WA; Sacramento, CA; and San Antonio, TX. Since 1977, the school has been providing degree programs to students interested in design and technology.
Students at the IADT will be given the tools and resources they need to work in high-demand fields like web design and game design. For many, the online format offered by the school can allow them to more easily take courses to earn a degree in these fields, and gives them access to educational opportunities they might not otherwise be able to pursue when balancing careers and family. Students will work with the latest technology and trends in these fields to ensure they’re ready to enter work upon graduation.
The online programs at IADT allow students to work towards their degrees on much more flexible terms. Courses will give students career-oriented education as well as hands-on experience as they work through their projects and assignments. Current online programs include Associate’s degrees in Graphic Design and Web Design or Bachelor’s degrees in Fashion Merchandising, Fine Arts in Advertising and Design, Graphic Design and Web Development.
